The best way I can describe myself is a professional creative.
I spend my mornings and days steaming milk and pulling delicious shots of espresso for the family-owned Square One Cafe in Lancaster, PA. I also run a small business called Freshly Pressed Prints, where I create original linoleum block and stamp prints to sell online and at art shows. In a past life, I worked as an Assistant Art Director at William Fox Munroe Inc, a small packaging design agency.
Although I am trained in and have worked for years with design programs on my computer, my favorite creative experience starts and ends with something I can touch. Be it ink, paper, packaging, flowers, or plants, nothing gives a me a better sense of accomplishment than holding the final product in my hands.
